We, at The Closet, make all commercial and reasonable efforts to ensure that our products are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Users are required to carefully read and understand the terms contained in this Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use or this Policy and refrain from using the Website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.
Dispatch & Shipping Timeline
- All products are shipped within 48 hours of placing the order.
- Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kota, Rajasthan (India) to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of order.
- We partner with trusted third-party courier providers such as Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, DHL, India Post (“Courier Partners”) for delivery.
- Once your product is handed over to the courier, we will share details of the courier partner along with the tracking number.
Delivery Timelines
- An estimated delivery date will be provided in your order confirmation email.
- Orders are processed on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public/national holidays.
- Multiple products in one transaction are usually shipped together, but in some cases, they may be shipped separately.
- We can process only one shipping address per order. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.
- We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) Box addresses.
- Delivery Time 7-10 days.
Order Modifications
- Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified.
- Address change requests will be accepted only if made within 6 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped (whichever is earlier).

Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts at the shipping address provided.
- If the package remains undelivered after 3 attempts, it will be returned to us.
Product Availability
- We aim to keep stock of all products listed on our website.
- If a product you ordered is unavailable or will take longer to deliver, we will proactively contact you within 2 working days via your registered email or phone number.
Tracking Your Order
- Upon confirmation and dispatch, you will receive an Email and SMS with the tracking number.
- You can track your order anytime using the “Track Order” option under My Account on our website.
