Responsibilities & Terms
- Reseller orders are paid 100% in advance.
- Orders must be placed via official catalog
- Shipping charges separate
- We do not accept returns/exchanges for resale inventory unless there’s a defect or damage (must be reported within 48 hours also tag must be there on cloth, without that we won’t be able to proceed return).
- Products must be sold under *The Closet* brand; branding & usage guidelines to be followed.
- Resellers must maintain professionalism — good customer service, ethical business practices.
