Return request will be accepted within 48 hrs of Order received by the customer. After 48 hrs of order received by the customer, return request will not be accepted. The product you want to dispatch, must be fresh, unused, unaltered, unwashed and with original tags intact
Returns Policy
At The Closet, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we’ll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product.

Terms & Conditions
Products must be fresh, unused, unaltered, unwashed and with original tags intact.
- Products with a “No Return” tag , purchased during the sale/clearance events are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
- Exchanges are allowed only with products of equal or higher price.You may exchange your product for a different size or design (subject to availability).
- No return will be processed for very Minor design/colour variations
Exchange & Return – Online
- Damage / defective / replacement / exchange product will be delivered in 7-10 days
- Our team will arrange a return pick-up at select locations.
- Ensure the product is packed properly, unused, and all tags are intact.If pick-up is unavailable in your area, you may courier the product to us with Order ID details.
Self-Courier Address can be asked by writing an email to us
For self-shipped returns, courier charges (up to ₹100 per order) will be reimbursed. Please share the courier receipt with us at info@thecloset.co.in
Cancellation & Refund
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch.
Refunds are granted only in the following cases:
- Genuine quality issues
- Packages lost in transit
- Wrong item delivered
- Refunds are processed within 8–10 working daysto the original payment source, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
Product Disclaimer
- Embroidery &Colour: Minor variations in embroidery or colour may occur due to fabric nature and cannot be considered defects.
- Sizing: Fit depends on cut, fabric, and style; please refer to our size chart.
- Colour Display: Actual product colour may vary slightly from images due to display/photography settings.
- Wash Care: Please follow the wash care instructions mentioned on the product tag.
Exclusions
Merchandise will only be accepted if unused, unaltered, with all price tags intact. Items with a “No Return” tag are excluded from returns/exchanges.
Transactional Disputes
All transactional disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Kota, Rajasthan.
